Note to the Supreme Court: Corporations are not persons. It is true that, for legal purposes, Corporations are considered to have certain rights that are akin to the rights that individual human beings have, one right that corporations should not have is the right to monopolize political discourse through their ability to buy air time and ad space in various venues. One person, one vote is rendered meaningless without proper restrictions on the ability of corporate entities to influence elections.
